Web Technology Services Online Requests

There are five simple steps for requesting a project from Web Technology Services. If you have any questions please call the web team at 243-2555

  1. Login using your Net Id (ab123465) and password
  2. Update your contact information
  3. Select the service you would like to request
  4. Have your project approved
    1. Take and Pass the Web Certification Exam, if required
    2. Contact the chair of the IRB, if required
    3. Have your project approved by your sponsor
  5. A Web Technology Specialist will process and fulfill your request, or contact you for more information.

  • New Site - Create a new site using the Cascade Content Management System.
  • Web Design - Request for custom web design.
  • Web Access - Request changes to user permissions and request new groups.
  • Blogs & Wikis - Create a new Blog or Wiki
  • Web Redirect - Redirect a web link to another web link
  • New Calendar - Create a new calendar using the UM Calendar Software
